connecting issue

now i have just a question for...whoever i dont care much....it says i cant connect.....so my question is....what is going on?....do i have to move on to another server or what`s the catch cause it seems to me this is like a liltlle bad joke for you guys...if u can answer anytime this year i would be gratefull if not c`est la vie...anyway thx in advance. cheers!!!
